Please choose your items from Parties That Twinkle carefully and read the applicable product descriptions, as we only replace/refund items if they are deemed to be defective or damaged.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to changes of mind, changes in circumstances, or incorrect ordering. However, you can change colors, but this can only be done before your order is shipped.

We take the utmost care when providing accurate product descriptions and thoroughly check and carefully package your items before sending them to you.

In the unlikely event that your item/s are defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e. we've sent you the wrong product by mistake), please contact us via email (partiesthattwinkle@gmail.com or partiesthattwinkle@yahoo.com) within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements. Please provide a description and photos of the fault or issue.
