How to Order Personalized Party Decorations

Everything you need to know to order your handmade first birthday or baby shower decorations, from personalization to party day.

Ordering in 5 Easy Steps

Pick your pieces. Shop by theme and choose a full bundle or just the pieces you need.
Choose your options. Select colors, designs or bundle pieces from the menus on the product page.
Enter your “Date needed by.” This is the date you need your order in your hands, usually a few days before the party. It is required so I can plan your order around your party.
Fill in the Personalization box. Add the name, age and any color requests. Type N/A if your item doesn’t need personalization.
Check out and pick shipping. Choose regular shipping, a rush option or free local pickup.

Personalization Tips

Type names exactly how you want them to appear. I make your order exactly as typed, so please double-check spelling and capitalization.
Include the age or number if your piece shows one, like ONE, 1 or Two.
Want a different color? Add it in the Personalization box and I’ll do my best to match your party.
Ordering several pieces? The personalization box is on each product, so fill it in for every item.

When Should I Order?

Every order is handmade and takes 5–7 days to make before it ships. I recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your party, or 3–4 weeks before for parties in November and December, our busiest months.

Need it sooner?

Choose a rush option at checkout and your order will be made in 1–2 business days:

Rush + USPS Priority Mail: regular shipping + $12
Rush + Overnight: regular shipping + $56, USPS Priority Mail Express

If your party is very close, email partiesthattwinkle@gmail.com before you order so I can confirm I can make it in time.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Website orders ship within the US by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Live in the Keller / Fort Worth, TX area? Choose Free Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll email you to set up a pickup time.
Ordering from outside the US? Please order through my Etsy shop.

Don’t see your theme? I love creating something new. Email partiesthattwinkle@gmail.com or message @partiesthattwinkle on Instagram with your theme, colors and party date, and I’ll walk you through options and timing before you order.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Need to change your personalization? Email me as soon as possible. Once your order is made, it can’t be changed.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Because every item is custom made, I don’t accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right.
